Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Due to the increased activity during the Holiday season, we cannot guarantee delivery before the 24th of December in France for orders placed after December 19th. For other international orders after December 15th.

The online store will remain open during the holidays.

For all orders placed between December 22, 2022 and January 1, 2023 the deliveries will be programmed after January 2, 2023.
