Shipping your package

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days after the validation of the order. They are shipped via DHL or Colissimo depending on the destination. A tracking number for the order is automatically sent to the email address provided in the corresponding customer account.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as the shipping fees. The costs related to the preparation are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the items (as for example for furniture and chandeliers).

Our premises will exceptionally be closed between December 21, 2024 and January 1, 2025. The online store will remain open during this period.
However, deliveries will not take place between December 20, 2024 and January 1, 2025
