1. PREAMBLE
1.1. SCOPE
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) as well as the “Legal Notices” are applicable to the merchant website www.astierdevillatte.com (hereinafter “the Astier de Villatte online store”), offering the sale of products of the Astier de Villatte brand (hereinafter the “products”) intended for delivery in Europe (countries of the European Union), excluding PO boxes and overseas departments and territories (hereinafter the “Territory”). Any order on the Astier de Villatte online store constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs by the customer who makes a purchase there (hereinafter the “Customer”). 1.3. THE CUSTOMER
The Astier de Villatte online store allows A.V to offer the sale of Products to non-professional Customers having the status of consumers, over 18 years of age and having full legal capacity. 2. ORDER
2.1. ORDER PROCESS
The Customer is invited to select the products chosen and to put them in the shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button. At any time, the Customer can proceed to any deletion of the products on the viewing page of his shopping cart, by going to the “cart” icon available on all pages of the Astier de Villatte online store at the top to the right.

Once the payment has been confirmed, the Customer receives, immediately and at the latest before delivery, an email confirming his order. The Customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for confirmation by A.V of the content of the order.
2.2. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Product offers are subject to the limits of available stocks. Information on product availability is provided at the time of ordering, on the Product page. The Customer then has the option of requesting to be informed of the future availability of the product (s) by e-mail. If it turns out that despite AV's vigilance, the products ordered are no longer available, A.V will inform the Customer by any means (phone call or e-mail) as soon as possible. No debit corresponding to the unavailable product (s) will be made to the Customer's bank account in the event of the unavailability of one or more products.
2.3. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
Once the order has been validated and paid for, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
A.V reserves the right to refuse to honor the order in the event of a dispute with the Customer, until the dispute is resolved. To protect its customers against any attempt at electronic fraud, A.V reserves the right to refuse to ship orders from untraceable or free electronic addresses. A.V also reserves the right to refuse to ship orders containing invalid telephone numbers.
3. PAYMENT
Payment for the order is made either by credit card or via the following accounts: Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Cards from the Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and JCB network are accepted.
A.V has set up a secure payment system for all orders placed on the Astier de Villatte online store.
4. DELIVERY AND RECEPTION OF PRODUCTS
4.1. DELIVERY TERMS
A.V delivers the Products ordered only to European Union countries, to the UK, Switzerland and Russia. The Customer will be informed by e-mail of the taking over of the package by the carrier. They will then be given a delivery number which will allow them to track the delivery of their order in real time.
In the event that delivery proves impossible given the absence of the Customer at the place of delivery, the Customer may either schedule a new delivery or recover the package from a relay point.

No delivery will be made by Astier de Villatte if full collection of the price proves impossible.
4.2. SHIPPING COST
Delivery charges may be added to the total price of the order.
Product delivery costs will be calculated from a table (below) taking into account the country of destination and the chosen shipping method.
4.3. RECEPTION OF PRODUCTS
On delivery of the order, the Customer must check the conformity and the status of his order in the presence of the carrier and issue, if applicable, all useful reservations concerning apparent defects (missing product, damaged package).

Unless there is a legitimate reason, any complaint formulated after this period will be considered inadmissible.
4.4. PRODUCT RETURN
The Customer has a right of withdrawal allowing him to return the products to Astier de Villatte without cause under the conditions set out in Article 5 below.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pour que le délai de rétraction soit respecté, il suffit que le Client transmette sa communication relative à l’exercice du droit de rétractation avant l’expiration du délai de rétractation.
Le Client peut, s’il le souhaite, utiliser le modèle de formulaire de rétractation publié en annexe des présentes CGV.
En tout état de cause, les Produits doivent être retournés sans retard excessif et, en tout état de cause, au plus tard quatorze (14) jours calendaires, après que vous nous aurez communiqué votre décision de rétractation du contrat à l’adresse ci-dessous :

Les frais de port retour sont à la charge du Client.
5.2. RETURN TERMS

The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following (i) the return of the products or (ii) the date on which the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the products (the date selected being that of the first of these facts).
6. AFTER-SALES SERVICE
No complaint will be taken into account and no exchange of products ordered on the Astier de Villatte online store can be made in a store under the Astier de Villatte brand or in a point of sale where products bearing the brand are sold. Astier de Villatte.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
